* net/tramp-cache.el (top): Autoload `tramp-time-less-p'.
(tramp-cache-inhibit-cache): Extend doc string.  It allows also
timestamps.
(tramp-get-file-property): Check for timestamps in
`tramp-cache-inhibit-cache'.
(tramp-set-file-property): Write timestamp.
